Shipping Information

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. (Note:For some big orders,in case of credit-card fraud, we need to confirm your personal details.Please make sure your e-mail or phone number is correct and available.)

Normally, we ship your package by DHL/FEDEX or TNT. And please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.

We ship all items stamped as "silk sample" and written of low product value(about 20 Euro or 20 Dollar),we will try to make most customers can't be charged a custom fee by your local customs government. But sometimes several countries such as Argentina,South Africa ,Brazil would charge some taxes which are not avoided .if have some custom problem please contact us in time,we will try to solve this , but if your local custom still charge this ,we don't pay for this tax.Hope you understand.

The total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (Free Shipping For Orders Over $40 Otherwise $10 shipping fee) (Processing Time 1-2 working days + Shipping Time 2-4 working Days = 3-6 working days)

 

Return Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with our items,but if not,simply contact info@slipintosoft.com.com. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in good condition.

1. Send e-mail to  info@slipintosoft.com.com and Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return form will be sent to you then.

3. Place the item(s) in the original packing,put in the "Exchange and Return Form" and seal the parcel securely.

4. Drop off your package at the local post office. Send us the return tracking number.

5. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

Return Conditions

1.You have 30 days to decide if the items are right for you,if not,you can certainly come to us within 30 days on receipt.

2.The following items couldn't be returned: Items on clearance, Silk Lingerie, Customized Items

3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

5. Return delivery charge should be paid by you and non-refundable. But a refund will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

6. Return RMA Number and return reason should be filled in the "Return And Exchange Form", or any delayed we will be out of responsibility.

7.For refund, it will be returned to your account within 3-5 working days. For exchange,new items will be reshipped to you within one week.
