I was quite disappointed with the quality of this product which didn't match the pictures on the website for the knit pattern or colour. The yarn was much heavier, and the size wasn't right. The arms were way too long, and the body of the cardigan was too short, so I had to return it. It was quite surprising that when I contacted customer service that they offered a 25% refund to keep something which didn't fit, however I have managed to return it, and hope to receive a refund in due course.
